Partnering with Park Farm: Where Cows, Quality, and Ice Cream Unite
In September 2022, we kicked off an udderly fantastic partnership with Park Farm to source the freshest whole milk for our scrumptious ice cream. Not only did this partnership reduce our carbon hoofprint by keeping things local (less than 10 miles away!), but it also showcased our commitment to quality. Park Farm’s milk brings a whole new level of creaminess to our ice cream, thanks to those extra-lovingly raised cows with their rich, high-fat content milk.
Hold your cone, there’s more! We worked with Park Farm to revolutionize our milk delivery – ciao to single-use plastics! Before, we were drowning in 70 cardboard boxes and plastic containers every week, but now, our milk arrives in giant 1000-litre reusable pallecon containers – saving the day and about two and a half tons of single-use plastic every year!

Eco Friendly Factory
Picture this: a purpose-built, energy-saving haven designed for heavenly ice cream creation. Our state-of-the-art factory boasts a water recycling wizardry, saving a whopping 16 million litres annually – talk about making waves for the planet! Designed by local Lanarkshire refrigeration gurus Thermocool – special mention to Les.
But that’s not all – meet our steam boiler, a three-times-faster, one-third-of-the-gas powerhouse! And our fleet of frozen delivery vans? Straight from Italy, these eco-warriors maintain that cool, -40C ice-cold temperature.
Our Too Good To Go Ice Cream Rescue
Join our commitment to combating food waste with the Too Good To Go collection system at our Rutherglen factory. You can purchase out-of-date or surplus stock at a third of the original price. This initiative has so far spared 200+ tubs of ice cream from going to waste and prevented the emission of 800+ kg of CO2e. Embraced by our community, Too Good To Go is a popular movement, urging everyone to play a role in the fight against food waste.
